Sorry, I didn't know about this until just now (and I don't manage the shipping) but if you're in Canada there is a really bad brokerage fee from UPS, but you can self-clear!

I’ve been told now that there have been pretty surprising and sudden import costs that Canadians have been having to pay to get their books. It is not a scam (as in, it is from UPS), but we are looking into it. We apologize for the inconvenience!
